The Center's Words

Thank you Channel 12 and Liz Bonis

by | Aug 15, 2023 | The Center’s Words

As we close in on 20 years, we thank the people and organizations that contribute to our success. Our success means that we can care for more people and positively impact more lives. Thank you to Channel 12 and Liz Bonis.

St. Francis Seraph-Ministries Volunteers

For nearly a decade, WKRC TV 12 has been our media partner. Channel 12 produces and runs public service announcements (PSAs) that educate Greater Cincinnati about who we are and what we do. In recent years, we have partnered with local celebrities from former University of Cincinnati President Santa Ono to Bengal Dre Kirkpatrick and several notable FC Cincinnati players and coaches. This year our PSA will include our CEO Laurel Nelson and one of our founders and Transformation Award honorees Dr. Bob Donovan – thus paying tribute to our 20 years.

Our long-term ally has been Channel 12’s Liz Bonis — who has featured us on her show and created news stories about us. We have also appeared on her show What’s Happening in Health. The following is a recent story about our work.
